Refund policy

**No walk in registrations will be accepted. Students will be turned away until they are officially registered online. Cash and checks will not be accepted at the camp location.

***All efforts will be made to meet your scheduling requirements or transfer your credit to another course offering. If a refund is required, refunds will be issued back to your credit card or a refund check will be issued if you paid by e-check. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of request minus a 10% processing fee (minimum of $3.00). No refunds will be given with less than 48 hours notice of the start of the camp unless a note from a physician is provided.

*Unfortunately, it may be impossible to make up any cancelled class due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control (ie. school cancellation due to weather or other school closing/cancellation).  For these special circumstances refunds will not be issued.

*If there is a need for a school to go to remote learning and Z’ERE Instructors choose to continue their classes online.  Refunds will not be issued.  

* Classes and camps follow the school calendar unless otherwise noted as a “Holiday Camp; Fall Break Camp; Summer Camp” etc…  Example: No classes on Labor Day; Memorial Day; Thanksgiving, etc…
