Girls On The Run®
Girls on The Run @ ZMS: Grades: 5th - 6th
Girls on the Run is a national nonprofit program designed to empower girls in grades 3-8 through a combination of physical activity and dynamic lessons. Over the course of a 10-week season, participants engage in activities that promote confidence, teamwork, and a growth mindset while preparing for a celebratory 5K event. The program provides a fun, inclusive environment where girls build life skills and develop positive habits that last a lifetime. With trained coaches to guide them, participants discover their inner strength, set goals, and learn the importance of taking care of their physical and emotional well-being.

Future Eagles Volleyball
Future Eagles Volleyball: Grades 5th - 6th
Join us on Jan. 2 and 3 for our 5th-6th grade volleyball clinics for boys and girls! These clinics are designed to teach the fundamentals of volleyball - passing, serving, setting, hitting and team play. No experience is needed, and we will individualize our coaching as needed!
